What is The Bow Quarter?

You know it's special - you already live there.

But just to remind you this unique East London development comprises 19 town houses and 714 apartments spread across seven separate buildings, many of them historically part of the famous Bryant and May match factory.

On a site of seven acres, The Bow Quarter is set in one of London's largest communal gardens, within a very secure environment.

The Bow Quarter offers modern urban living within an historic setting - one all the residents are proud of. Living here means becoming part of a vibrant community, with all the facilities you need right on your doorstep.

The majority of the apartments today are housed in former factory and office buildings and these, together with all the estate facilities(including the leisure centre) form what is known as the factory estate.

This is a Grade II listed site owned by Little Apple Holdings Ltd (“Little Apple”).

Little Apple manages the factory estate and is owned by those factory leaseholders who purchased a share in the company or acquired an apartment from a leaseholder who already owned a share.

The neighbouring Park Buildings estate comprises 208 apartments in modern buildings that adjoin the factory estate. It is owned by a private Landlord, Abacus Land 1 (PropCo 2) Ltd and has no facilities of its own but the right to use the facilities of the factory estate.

Further information about the rights of leaseholders and the structure and management of the estate can be found by clicking on the Management tab on the left hand side.
