We would like to remind all residents that if you are subletting your apartment then you must request permission from BQRM and give at least 24 hours notice in advance of any tenancy commencing.

Whether you are letting your flat direct or using a letting agent, do notify the Estate Administrator by phone on 020 8983 0947 or fax 020 8983 6495. And please remember that short term subletting (that is less than 90 days) is not permitted under the local authority statutory regulations.
