The ownership and management

The Bow Quarter has a unique ownership structure - and it's one that as a leaseholder you can be a part of. Bow Quarter Residents' Management Ltd (BQRM) owns the freehold to The Bow Quarter Estate, which comprises 525 flats. Nearly two thirds of the leaseholders have already bought shares in the company, giving them a share of the freehold; anyone else wishing to do so should contact the Estate Administrator on 020 8983 1060. With a share, you have more of a say.

BQRM has a Board of Directors, all of whom own apartments on the estate and act in an unpaid and completely voluntary way. The Board meets once a month and the Chairman is appointed on a six month rolling basis from amongst the existing Directors.

The Board's aim is pure and simple: good and effective management of The Bow Quarter. In this they are supported by the on-site team led by the Estate Manager.

If you own a share in the freehold and would like to consider joining the Board, then do feel free to contact the on-site team by letter. Please consider coming to the Annual General Meeting, open to all BQRM shareholders.

Remember that the most recently built Park Buildings, although a part of The Bow Quarter, are owned not by BQRM but by a company owned by the property developers Ballymore. BQRM purely acts as an agent for the landlord in relation to the management of this part of the estate.
