Obviously you should read them but there are a few key points below you should note especially - for the sake of everyone one of us who lives here:

Although every provision has been taken to contain fire, it is strongly recommended that you fit a smoke detector in your apartment. In the event of fire, contact the Security Lodge straight using your intercom. Stay in your building unless that is where the fire is. Should you be asked to leave the building, use the stairs, not the lift.

Do please give the Security Lodge a spare set of keys to your apartment. It's not just helpful if you lose yours - in the event of fire or flood it means that they can take action in your absence by BQRM. Of course, your keys will be kept safely in a locked cabinet.

If you are going away for a while, please inform the Estate Office and Security. Make sure you turn off the water and any appliances, especially the washing machine - otherwise you will find yourself unable to claim against insurance in the event of any problem.
